Jessica H

Jessica H found a great deal of difference when she went from school to college. While in school she often used to do her assignments and study for tests at the last minute, but this did not work in college. She just had to stop doing things at the last minute.

She has used time management skills and prioritizes are study and work schedule. She prepares thoroughly and tries to study over several days. She also breaks up her study schedule so that she is studying different things at different times, instead of concentrating on one subject at a time, which works for her. She is now a Grade A student.

Patrick B had to also adjust between high school and college. He reads much more and also has to read outside sources for references. He uses different methods of study, including power point presentations on the computer or CDs.
