Cathryn was a chubby child and grew up to be fat. When she was 22 years old, she was 5’7” and weighed 220 pounds. Seven years ago she was obese, unemployed and living with her family. Finally one day, she decided she would lose weight and went for a walk. Then she stated walking daily and eating less. She also started first running and then jogging. She lost 60 pounds.
She stayed at 160 pounds for four years and then cardio kickboxing and started an eating plan. In five months she lost a further 30 pounds. She says that anyone can lose weight ‘by understanding what you eat, being active, and some good ol’ fashion discipline and will power, you can do it! Hey, it sounds like a lot, but it’s not rocket science! Just start walking.’

Jimmy lives in Spartanburg, SC and lost a whopping 180 pounds. When he was a substitute teacher he heard a child commenting on his fatness and he decided to do something about it. He was already on prescription drugs for high blood pressure, breathlessness and cholesterol.
