Eczema is an irritating skin condition which causes intense itching and can become a chronic, difficult to treat problem.

The skin is the largest organ of the human body, though most people just think of it as a covering. Eczema covers a range of usually allergic skin rashes, including dermatitis, on different parts of the body. An episode of eczema looks like a rash and sometimes there are spots which can easily turn into blisters. It causes intense itching and if scratched a great deal, the skin can start bleeding and even get infected.
