You will be dealing with employers and job seekers, your job is to coordinate their activities and provide both parties with a solution, the employer with a the right employee and the employee with the type of job he/she is seeking. You need to provide a good match.
Choose a recruitment company
In general, you will want to pick a company that has an excellent reputation. Older companies are often very reliable, but a newer company that is getting good reviews and positive feedback should also be considered. If you want to use recruiting to help you move up to other areas of the company, a larger recruitment company will be better for your consulting career.
